**As long as TD Auto Finance sponsors the TD Sponsored AV Pre-qualify Program through AutoVerify, subscriptions will auto-renew for the same term and rate as the original subscription. If TD Auto Finance alters or cancels this program, subscriptions will auto-renew at the retail price for subsequent renewal terms. If changes are made to the program, dealers will be notified by email 60 days prior to the agreement renewal date of changes to their subscription rate. 30 days notice prior to the renewal date is required to cancel the agreement.
